Sula and I participated in our very first market. It was an Etsy street market in Portland on Fremont. Lindsey was gracious enough to volunteer her time to help. It was a long day, 10am to 8pm but we made a lot of friends that day and enjoyed the market atmosphere. When customers were not around all the vendors spent time chit chatting and talking about our businesses. Sula loved being outside and enjoyed the atmosphere too. She not once complained or cried. She is the best baby ever!!! I was excited that I sold items that day considering most everyone else went without sales :( I sold two large snack bags and one wet bag making a grand total of $32. I learned a lot and will use these skills in the future about talking to customers and creating an inviting display.
